1. The OpenRun Pro 2 Boston Marathon® Co-branded Edition is only available in the U.S. and Canada. If you purchase this edition while residing outside the U.S. or Canada, warranty and replacement services will depend on local stock availability and after-sales policies. If a replacement is needed and the Boston Marathon® Co-branded Edition is unavailable, an alternative pair of OpenRun Pro 2 headphones will be provided. The final replacement details will be confirmed by the Shokz customer service team.
2. The one-time exclusive laser engraving service applies to OpenRun Pro 2 headphones only; unfortunately, other Shokz models are not eligible at this time. During the engraving process, minor surface changes may occur on the headphones. If any damage is caused by equipment or operational factors, the headphones will be eligible for replacement. However, laser engraving may cause minor paint peeling or surface wear as it removes part of the protective coating. This is a natural part of the process and does not affect performance. If it happens, headphones do not qualify for replacement. If a replacement is required due to equipment issues or warranty concerns, Shokz’s standard after-sales process applies. Headphones will be replaced with the same model if available or an alternative to the OpenRun Pro 2 version if stock is limited. The Shokz customer service team will confirm the final arrangement. Each customer is entitled to one engraving session; replacement headphones cannot be re-engraved.
