With a record-breaking 55,646 participants, this year's race was a testament to the enduring allure of the Big Apple. At the heart of this extraordinary event was our very own, Hellen Obiri. She took the NYC course by storm, and with her unwavering determination and relentless pursuit of excellence, locked down an incredible second-place finish.

To build momentum before the race, we partnered with Endorphins Running for a special Shokz x Endorphins Shakeout Run. We LOVE shakeout runs, as they are a fantastic opportunity to connect with inspirational people like Jess Hood and fellow runners, hear their feedback, and just have a great time.

We also had the privilege of hosting a Meet and Greet with the incredible Hellen Obiri and running influencer Erin Azar. This intimate gathering gave fans the opportunity to learn more about Hellen's training regimen and her passion for running. It was a truly inspiring experience to hear her insights, learn from her wisdom, and witness her infectious energy firsthand.

Expo Fun with Fans

As always, the New York Marathon Expo was buzzing with excitement. We were excited to show off our latest headphones, meet members of the Shokz community, and host fun challenges. We even had a claw machine where people could win great prizes! Visitors also had the chance to try on our open-ear headphones and learn how they work. It was a great way to meet with runners and share our passion for innovative audio solutions.
