Although mail carriers and postal workers are working around the clock to ensure your gifts make it into the hands of their recipients before the holiday season is over, delays are unfortunately still expected to occur. Due to delays within carrier networks, some AfterShokz customers have experienced a significant time increase in the delivery of their orders, adding unwanted stress to the holiday season. To help ease the mind of our customers, we’re sharing information on what to expect this year when ordering your AfterShokz online.
QUESTION: I placed my AfterShokz order on or before December 14th. Will my package arrive in time for Christmas (December 25th)?
ANSWER: All carrier networks are managing the influx of holiday orders and packages differently. Because of this, AfterShokz, unfortunately, cannot guarantee your order will arrive in time for Christmas.
Q: My order still shows that it’s in pre-shipment. Does that mean that it hasn’t been sent yet?
A: Because of the unprecedented volume of packages shipped during the 2020 holiday season, there may be several days between tracking scans at carrier network facilities. Your package is still being processed within the carrier network although standard shipping delivery times may be delayed.
Q: My tracking information hasn’t updated in several days. Has my package been lost in the mail?
A: During this time, your order may show as processing longer than you are typically used to until it is scanned at a local carrier facility. Rest assured your package is still moving within the carrier network.
Q: What can I give to my gift recipient if my order doesn’t arrive in time for my holiday celebrations?
A: Consider sharing the gift of anticipation and surprise in lieu of the actual present when you print out a custom gift message and share it with your gift recipient. We recommend putting the gift message in a small box or wrapping it in holiday paper to add a fun and festive touch. This way, they’ll have something to keep their spirits merry while they wait for the real thing to arrive!
Q: I’m considering getting a pair in-store to avoid shipping delays. Where can I purchase AfterShokz headphones?
A: There's still plenty of time to shop for AfterShokz wireless headphones at a local retailer near you. Q: I don’t want to wait any longer. Can I return my AfterShokz and get refunded for my canceled purchase?
A: We understand that these unexpected shipping delays can cause frustration and some customers may prefer to cancel their order. Although we can’t cancel the order once in the shipment process, we can provide the steps to starting a return of the item.
