Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully prior to participation or entry. No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to participate.

1. Eligibility

This Activity is open to individual legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia. Participants must be at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is older, to enter into a binding agreement to participate in this Activity.

Employees, officers, directors, representatives, agents, and contractors of Shokz and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, and promotional agencies, as well as their immediate family members and members of their households, are not eligible to participate.

Void where prohibited by law.

2. How to participate

No purchase is necessary to participate.

To participate, provide your email address through the designated Black Friday sign-up form on the Shokz website during the Activity Period.

Any attempt to obtain more than one entry by using multiple identities, email addresses, or any other method will void all entries submitted by that person and may result in disqualification.

Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address during the Activity Period.

3. Activity period

This Activity begins at 12:00:00 a.m. PT on November 5, 2026, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. PT on November 18, 2026.

Selected participants will receive the discount code at the email address provided when entering the Activity.

4. Discount code details

4.1 Validity Period

The discount code is valid from 12:00:00 a.m. PT on November 19, 2026, through 11:59:59 p.m. PT on November 30, 2026. Any unused code will automatically expire at the end of this period.

4.2 Discount Amount and Applicable Product

Each discount code provides $15 off the purchase of OpenRun Pro 2 through the Shokz U.S. website only.

4.3 Combination with Other Offers

The discount code may be combined with eligible Black Friday promotional savings on OpenRun Pro 2, but may not be combined with any other coupon, discount code, promotional code, or other code-based offer.

4.4 Selection and Delivery

Participants who provide their email address in accordance with these Terms and Conditions will have a chance to receive a discount code. Eligible recipients will be selected at random, and the code will be sent to the email address provided.

4.5 Number of Codes Available

A total of 1,000 discount codes, each providing $15 off an eligible purchase, will be available during the Activity Period, for a maximum aggregate discount value of $15,000.

4.6 Odds of Receiving a Code

The odds of receiving a discount code depend on the number of eligible entries received and the number of discount codes remaining at the time of entry. Because these factors cannot be known in advance, the odds cannot be determined before the Activity begins and may vary during the Activity Period.

4.7 Usage Restrictions

Limit one (1) discount code per order. Each discount code may be used only once. The discount code is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash, except as required by law.

4.8 Offer Changes and Product Availability

Shokz reserves the right to substitute or modify the discount code offer, or to offer a discount of equal or greater value, if necessary.

Receiving a discount code does not reserve or guarantee the availability of OpenRun Pro 2. All purchases are subject to product availability.

5. Additional terms

All applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

Shokz reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Activity if any virus, bug, unauthorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond its reasonable control corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Activity.

Shokz reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Activity, or who violates these Terms and Conditions.

Shokz shall not be liable if a participant fails to receive an email containing the discount code because the email is directed to a spam, junk, or other filtered folder, or because the participant provided incorrect, incomplete, or non-functional contact information.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Shokz or its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives (collectively, the “Released Parties”) be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the administration of this Activity.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Released Parties disclaim liability for any loss or damage arising from the receipt or use of the discount code or the use of any product purchased using the discount code, except for personal injury, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including with respect to product warranties, return rights, and consumer rights.

7. Privacy

Personal information collected in connection with this Activity will be processed in accordance with Shokz's Privacy Policy and applicable United States federal and state privacy laws. Such personal information will be used for Activity administration, fulfillment of the discount code, and related business purposes.

By participating in the Activity and submitting your email address, you agree to receive marketing communications from Shokz, as disclosed on the sign-up form. For details about how Shokz protects your personal information, please refer to Shokz's Privacy Policy.

If you do not want us to use your email address to send you marketing or other non-transactional promotional communications, you may opt out at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link included in any such email. Alternatively, you may contact Shokz at privacy@shokz.com to request removal from marketing communications.

Please note that opting out or unsubscribing from marketing communications will not prevent you from receiving non-marketing communications, such as messages regarding orders, products, or other important notices, including changes to our terms and policies.

8. Governing law

This Activity and these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
