1 Gift Selection Campaign

Please read these promotion terms carefully. This offer is subject to the following terms and conditions

1.1 How It Works

Participants may select one preferred gift style and submit their email address through the campaign page. Four gift styles are available, including three accessory charms and one protective case for the new product. Each accessory charm is paired with a different new product shade to be revealed at launch.

1.2 Eligibility requirements and exclusions

This Activity is open to individual legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia. Participants must be of legal age (generally eighteen (18) or older) to enter into a binding agreement to take part in this Activity. Employees of Shokz and its affiliates, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.

1.3 Availability 

Gift style selection indicates preference only and does not reserve or guarantee any gift, shade, or product variant. Exclusive launch gifts are available in limited quantities only, while supplies last, and final availability will be confirmed at launch.

 

2 Product Launch

The full collection, including product details and corresponding gift pairings, is planned to be revealed on June 4. Launch timing is subject to change without notice.

 

3 Additional Terms

All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Shokz reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend this campaign if any cause beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to viruses, bugs, unauthorized human intervention, fraud, or technical failures, corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, or proper operation of the campaign. Shokz further reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process, email sign-up process, or operation of the campaign, or who otherwise violates these Terms and Conditions. Shokz shall not be responsible for failed or delayed notifications caused by emails being directed to spam, junk, or other folders, or by inaccurate, incomplete, or non-functioning contact information provided by participants.

 

4 Privacy Policy

By participating the Activity with entering your email address and phone number, you will automatically subscribe to Shokz's email service. For details about how Shokz protects your data, please refer to Shokz Privacy Policy.
If you do not want us to use your email address to send you marketing materials or non-transactional promotional materials, you can easily opt out by clicking on the unsubscribe link provided at the bottom of any of our email messages. Alternatively, you may contact us by sending an email to privacy@shokz.com to request removal from our marketing communications .
For text (SMS/MMS) messages, if you wish to opt out, simply follow the instructions included in the messages you receive from Shokz. You can also reach out to us via email atprivacy@shokz.com to opt out of receiving text messages.
Please note that opting out or unsubscribing may not prevent you from receiving communications about your orders, products, or other important notices such as changes to our terms and policies, which are not marketing in nature.
