What does "IP68 Waterproof" mean?

It means a high level of dust and water protection and the headphones can be used underwater according to the product instructions.
The IP code (Ingress Protection) has two digits:
The first (0-6) indicates dust protection. Higher numbers mean better protection.
The second (0-9) indicates water protection. Higher numbers mean better protection, from splashes to full immersion.
Note: Water resistance is tested under controlled conditions and may vary in real-world use.

Do your headphones feature noise reduction technology?

Only OpenFit Pro features the Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) technology, which actively reduces the environmental noise while you listen. However, due to its open-ear design, it does not block external sounds like in-ear headphones, so the noise cancellation is naturally less effective compared to the in-ear models. The main purpose of open-ear noise reduction is to make audio clearer and improve perceived volume, rather than fully isolating you from surrounding noise.

Additionally, most of our headphones are quipped with AI noise-cancelling microphones, which help reduce background noise during calls and deliver better call quality.

Do your headphones support Bluetooth?

Most of our headphones support Bluetooth, except for OpenSwim, which are MP3 headphones. You can pair our headphones with different devices like phones, computers or TVs to enjoy music, video streaming or calls and meetings anytime, anywhere.

What is Shokz Warranty Policy?

Shokz offers a two-year manufacturer warranty on all new headphones purchased from Shokz.com and authorized retailers, beginning from the purchase date. Refurbished products purchased from Shokz.com are covered by a one-year manufacturer warranty. You can apply for a warranty claim if your products are within the warranty period. Most warranty claims will be processed within two business days.

My headphones were a gift/prize. Can I submit a warranty claim?

Yes. Even if the headphones were received as a gift/prize, you can still submit a warranty claim. If you do not have proof of purchase, the warranty period will be calculated from the date you received the product. You will also need to provide the headphones’ serial number and photos when submitting your claim.
