1. Organizer
The Shokz Fit Month event and related giveaways are owned and operated by Shokz Technology Inc. (“Shokz”).
2. Eligibility
2.1 General Eligibility
This Activity is open to individual legal residents of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia, and Canada.
Participants must be at least eighteen (18) years old or the age of legal majority in their jurisdiction and capable of entering into a binding agreement.
Employees of Shokz and its affiliates, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.
2.2 Accurate Information Requirement
Each participant must register for themselves and provide truthful, complete, and accurate information. Any falsification or misrepresentation will result in disqualification.
3. Campaign Types
This campaign includes two components:
3.1 Giveaway Entry (Email Signup)
Participants may enter the giveaway by submitting their email address on the designated landing page and signing up for shokz.com.
Each user is limited to one (1) entry.
3.2 Shokz Fit Month Event Registration
Participants may also apply to attend Shokz Fit Month sessions via event registration. Selected attendees will be notified individually by email.
4. Dates and Timing
4.1 Giveaway Period
Entries will be accepted from 00:00, May 2th to 24:00, June 7th
Winners will be announced on June 8th via the giveaway webpage.
4.2 Event Registration Period
Registration opens on May 2nd.
The deadline for each session is three (3) days prior to the event date.
Selected participants will be notified by email before the event.
Failure to respond within 24 hours may result in forfeiture of the spot.
5. Prize & Winner Selection
The giveaway prize consists of ten (10) OpenFit Pro units.
Winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries.
Winners must respond within seven (7) days of notification to claim the prize. Failure to respond will result in forfeiture.
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
6. Selection Criteria (Fit Month Only)
Applicants for Shokz Fit Month may be evaluated based on:
Previous training experience and athletic ability
Skill level and safety considerations
Authenticity and accuracy of responses
Sports involvement (e.g., clubs)
Social media presence (if applicable)
Shokz reserves the right to disqualify any applicant providing false or misleading information.
7. License of Name, Image & Likeness
By participating in Shokz Fit Month, participants grant Shokz permission to use their name, image, voice, appearance, performance, and likeness (“Likeness”) captured during the event for marketing, publicity, and promotional purposes.
If a participant does not agree to this usage, they will not be eligible to attend the event.
8. Risk & Liability
Participants confirm they are physically fit to participate.
Participation involves inherent risks including injury, illness, or death. Participants assume all risks associated with participation.
Shokz is not responsible for injuries or damages except where required by law or caused by gross negligence.
No insurance coverage is provided by Shokz. Participants are advised to obtain their own insurance.
9. Additional Rules
Email addresses must be valid and accurate; Shokz is not responsible for missed notifications.
Prizes cannot be exchanged or transferred.
Shokz reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the campaign due to force majeure or regulatory changes.
Shokz may disqualify participants who interfere with or violate rules.
10. Privacy & Data Protection
By participating, users agree that their personal data will be collected and used for: Contact purposes，Prize fulfillment, Marketing communications.
Participants will be automatically subscribed to Shokz email marketing and may unsubscribe at any time.

Email subscription users have the right to unsubscribe from our marketing communications.
If you do not want us to use your email address to send you marketing materials or non-transactional promotional materials, you can easily opt out by clicking on the unsubscribe link provided at the bottom of any of our email messages. 11. Liability Disclaimer
Shokz is not responsible for transportation, accommodation, or any additional participant costs.
Shokz reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the event or giveaway in unforeseen circumstances.
12. Acceptance of Terms
By entering the giveaway or registering for Shokz Fit Month, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
