1. Eligibility
This Campaign is open to individual legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia. Participants must be of legal age (generally eighteen (18) or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence) to enter into a binding agreement to take part in this Campaign.
Employees, officers, directors, representatives, agents, and contractors of Shokz and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, and promotion agencies, as well as their immediate family members and household members, are not eligible to participate.
Void where prohibited by law.
2 How It Works
To participate, eligible individuals must subscribe using a valid email address on the official Shokz website from September 7, 2026 at 00:00 PT to September 9, 2026 at 24:00 PT.
2.1 Discount Code

Eligible participants will receive a unique 15% discount code by email beginning September 10, 2026, at 00:00 PT. The discount code must be applied at checkout and is valid only during the Campaign Period.

The discount code is valid on all OpenDots 2 products, including OpenDots 2 Pink, and cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion, or discount unless otherwise stated by Shokz.
2.2 Complimentary Gift

Customers who purchase any OpenDots 2 product will receive one complimentary Shokz earbud accessory gift per eligible product purchased, while supplies last.

Complimentary Gifts are automatically added to eligible orders, cannot be purchased separately, and are available only with qualifying purchases.
2.3 Order Changes & Returns

If an eligible order is canceled or returned, the Complimentary Gift will be removed from the order or must be returned. If the Complimentary Gift is not returned, Shokz reserves the right to deduct its retail value from the refund, where permitted by applicable law.
New OpenDots 2 Pink will be available for purchase beginning September 10, 2026.
3 Availability
The Complimentary Gift will be a Shokz earbud accessory selected by Shokz in its reasonable discretion. Shokz reserves the right to substitute the Complimentary Gift with another item of comparable or greater value if the original gift becomes unavailable.
The 15% discount is valid only during the Campaign Period and cannot be combined with other promotions unless expressly stated. The Complimentary Gift is available while supplies last and will be marked as “Sold Out” on the official website once inventory is exhausted.
4 Campaign Period
The Campaign Period begins on September 7, 2026 at 00:00 PT and ends on September 16, 2026 at 24:00 PT (the “Campaign Period”).
The 15% discount is valid only during the Campaign Period. Complimentary Gifts will be automatically added to eligible orders containing all OpenDots 2 products while supplies last.
5 Additional Terms
All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Shokz reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend this campaign if any cause beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to viruses, bugs, unauthorized human intervention, fraud, or technical failures, corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, or proper operation of the campaign. Shokz further reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the email sign-up process, or operation of the campaign, or who otherwise violates these Terms and Conditions. Shokz shall not be responsible for failed or delayed notifications caused by emails being directed to spam, junk, or other folders, or by inaccurate, incomplete, or non-functioning contact information provided by participants. Complimentary gifts are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
6 Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SHOKZ OR ITS AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, ADVERTISING AND PROMOTION AGENCIES, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND REPRESENTATIVES (COLLECTIVELY, THE “RELEASED PARTIES”) BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE ADMINISTRATION OF THIS CAMPAIGN.
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE RELEASED PARTIES DISCLAIM LIABILITY FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE FROM USE OF THE PRODUCT OR GIFT, EXCEPT FOR PERSONAL INJURY, GROSS NEGLIGENCE, OR ANY LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, INCLUDING WITH RESPECT TO PRODUCT WARRANTIES, RETURN RIGHTS, AND CONSUMER RIGHTS.
7 Privacy Policy
Personal information collected in connection with this Campaign will be processed in accordance with Shokz's Privacy Policy and applicable United States federal and state privacy laws. Such Information collected will be used for campaign administration, gift fulfillment, order processing, and related business purposes.
By participating the Campaign using your email address, you will automatically subscribe to Shokz's email service. For details about how Shokz protects your data, please refer toShokz Privacy Policy.
If you do not want us to use your email address to send you marketing materials or non-transactional promotional materials, you can easily opt out by clicking on the unsubscribe link provided at the bottom of any of our email messages. Alternatively, you may contact us by sending an email to privacy@shokz.com to request removal from our marketing communications .
Please note that opting out or unsubscribing may not prevent you from receiving communications about your orders, products, or other important notices such as changes to our terms and policies, which are not marketing in nature.
8 Governing Law
This Campaign and the terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
