Giveaway Terms and Conditions

Please read this Terms and Conditions carefully prior to participation or entry. No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. 

Free method of entry

You may automatically enter the Giveaway activity (“Activity”) via the entry method described below.

(1) You must sign up for shokz.com in order to receive a prize.

(2) On sign-up pop-up of the home page, provide your email address and phone number to participate this Activity.

 

If you have already participated in the Activity for this product (that is, you have already entered your email address on the activity page for this product), then you are already in the prize pool for this Activity and do not need to fill in the information again.

For future activities of other products, you can enter your email address on the activity page to obtain the eligibility to participate.

 

Eligibility requirements and exclusions

This Activity is open to individual legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia. Please make sure you are of legal age (eighteen or older in most cases) to enter into a binding agreement to participate in this Activity. Employees of Shokz and its affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

 

Giveaway Period

Each month on the 8th, a random draw will be conducted among users who have submitted their personal information (email address and phone number) on the pop-up page during that month. The winner will be announced on the giveaway-related webpage.

Please be aware that users who have previously participated in this Activity will not be included in the list of eligible participants for the current month’s draw.

 

Prize(s) and Winner Selection Method

The prize is one of the OPENDOTS ONE. Each user has a maximum of one chance to win when entering an Activity. Potential winner(s) will be selected at random from among all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The winner will be notified via e-mail, and must respond within 7 days to claim the prize.

 

Additional Terms

All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Shokz reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Activity should a virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention, fraud or other causes beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security fairness or proper conduct of the Activity. Shokz reserves the right disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Activity or who violates this Terms & Conditions. Shokz shall have no liability for a Winner’s failure to receive notices due to Winners’ failure to check their notification of winning email sent to spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for Winners’ provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information.

 

Privacy Policy

By participating the Activity with entering your email address and phone number, you will automatically subscribe to Shokz’s email service. For details about how Shokz protects your data, please refer to Shokz Privacy Policy.

 

If you do not want us to use your email address to send you marketing materials or non-transactional promotional materials, you can easily opt out by clicking on the unsubscribe link provided at the bottom of any of our email messages. Alternatively, you may contact us by sending an email to privacy@shokz.com to request removal from our marketing communications.

Please note that opting out or unsubscribing may not prevent you from receiving communications about your orders, products, or other important notices such as changes to our terms and policies, which are not marketing in nature.
