Free Method of Entry
Email signups via the Shokz x Hyrox landing page are automatically entered into the lucky draw. This program is free of charge. Shokz reserves the right to the final interpretation of this campaign.
Eligibility Requirements and Exclusions
Open to individual legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia who are the older of 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in their state of residence prior to the date of entry. Employees of Shokz and its affiliates, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.
Lucky Draw Period
Registration for the lucky draw of OpenFit 2+ HYROX Co-Branded Edition entry closes at 11:59 PM PT on September 21, 2025. From Sept 22,12:00 AM PT to Sept 28, 11:59 PM PT, 2025, we will announce the two(2) winners' email on the Shokz x Hyrox landing page.
Prize(s) and Winner Selection Method
The prize includes three OpenFit 2+ HYROX Co-Branded Edition launches on Sept. 22th, 2025. You must sign up via Shokz x Hyrox landing page in order to enter or receive a prize. Each user has a maximum of one chance to win when entering a lucky draw. Potential winner(s) will be selected at random from among all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
The winner will be notified via e-mail, and must respond within 7 days to claim the prize. If a winner fails to reply within the designated timeframe, the prize eligibility will be forfeited, and no further compensation will be provided.
Additional Terms
All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply, and the giveaway is void where prohibited. Shokz reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the giveaway should a virus, bugs, unauthorized human intervention, fraud, or other causes beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the giveaway. Shokz reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the giveaway, or who violates these giveaway rules.
Shokz shall have no liability for a winner’s failure to receive notices due to their failure to check their winning notification email, spam, junk email, or other security settings, or for providing incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information.
