Shokz x Hyrox Lucky Draw Terms and Conditions

Please read these rules carefully prior to participation or entry. No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win.

Free Method of Entry

Email signups via the Shokz x Hyrox landing page are automatically entered into the lucky draw. This program is free of charge. Shokz reserves the right to the final interpretation of this campaign.

Eligibility Requirements and Exclusions

Open to individual legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia who are the older of 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in their state of residence prior to the date of entry. Employees of Shokz and its affiliates, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.

Lucky Draw Period

Registration for the lucky draw entry closes at 11:59 PM PT on March 10, 2026. From Mar 11,12:00 AM PT to Mar 17, 11:59 PM PT, 2026, we will announce the five(5) winners' email on the Shokz x Hyrox landing page.

Prize(s) and Winner Selection Method

Five(5) participants will win a SHOKZ OpenFit 2+(Black) and all eligible participants who complete the subscription will receive a discount coupon. You must sign up via Shokz x Hyrox landing page in order to enter or receive a prize. Each user has a maximum of one chance to win when entering a lucky draw. Potential winner(s) will be selected at random from among all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Physical prizes: The winner will be notified via email between Mar 11 and Mar 17 and must respond within seven(7) days to claim the prize. If a winner fails to reply within the designated timeframe, the prize eligibility will be forfeited, and no further compensation will be provided.

Discount Coupon: Coupons are only available for OpenFit 2+ and OpenFit 2 purchcases. Winners must redeem their coupon by 11:59 PM PT on Mar 24. Expired coupons will not be reissued.

Additional Terms

All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Shokz reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the giveaway should a virus, bugs, unauthorized human intervention, fraud, or other causes beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the giveaway. Shokz reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the giveaway, or who violates these giveaway rules.

Shokz shall have no liability for a winner’s failure to receive notices due to their failure to check their winning notification email, spam, junk email, or other security settings, or for providing incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information.

Privacy Policy

By participating the Activity with entering your email address and phone number, you will automatically subscribe to Shokz’s email service. For details about how Shokz protects your data, please refer to Shokz Privacy Policy.

If you do not want us to use your email address to send you marketing materials or non-transactional promotional materials, you can easily opt out by clicking on the unsubscribe link provided at the bottom of any of our email messages. Alternatively, you may contact us by sending an email to privacy@shokz.com to request removal from our marketing communications.

For text (SMS/MMS) messages, if you wish to opt out, simply follow the instructions included in the messages you receive from Shokz. You can also reach out to us via email at privacy@shokz.com to opt out of receiving text messages.

Please note that opting out or unsubscribing may not prevent you from receiving communications about your orders, products, or other important notices such as changes to our terms and policies, which are not marketing in nature.
