Giveaway Terms and Conditions

Please read this Terms and Conditions carefully prior to participation or entry. No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win.

Eligibility requirements and exclusions

This Activity is open to individual legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia. Please make sure you are of legal age (eighteen or older in most cases) to enter into a binding agreement to participate in this Activity. Employees of Shokz and its affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

Prize(s) and Winner Selection Method

First prize: Five (5) lucky winners will receive the OpenSwim Pro White.

Second Prize: One hundred (100) lucky winners will receive a $5 USD coupon. Coupons are stackable with other promotional offers and valid from March 25 through April 7, 2026.

You must sign up for shokz.com in order to enter or receive a prize. Each user has a maximum of one (1) chance to win when entering an Activity. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries. Potential winner(s) will be selected at random from among all eligible entries received.

Physical prizes: Winners will be notified via email and must respond within seven (7) days to claim the prize. Failure to respond within this period will result in automatic forfeiture of award eligibility.

Discount Coupon: Winners must redeem their coupon by 11:59 PM PT on April 7. Expired coupons will not be reissued.

Additional Terms

All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Shokz reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Activity should a virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention, fraud or other causes beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security fairness or proper conduct of the Activity. Shokz reserves the right disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Activity or who violates this Terms & Conditions. Shokz shall have no liability for a Winner’s failure to receive notices due to Winners’ failure to check their notification of winning email sent to spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for Winners’ provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information.

Privacy Policy

By participating the Activity with entering your email address and phone number, you will automatically subscribe to Shokz’s email service. For details about how Shokz protects your data, please refer to Shokz Privacy Policy.

If you do not want us to use your email address to send you marketing materials or non-transactional promotional materials, you can easily opt out by clicking on the unsubscribe link provided at the bottom of any of our email messages. Alternatively, you may contact us by sending an email to privacy@shokz.com to request removal from our marketing communications.
