Lucky Draw Terms and Conditions

Please read these rules carefully prior to participation or entry. No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. Void where prohibited by law.

You may automatically enter the Lucky Draw via the entry method described below.

Eligibility requirements and exclusions

Open to individual legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia who are the older of 18 years of age of the legal age of majority in their state of residence prior to the date of entry. Employees of Shokz and its affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

Lucky Draw Period

Registration for the lucky draw of OpenRun Pro 2 campaign closes at 11:59 p.m. GMT on October 2, 2024. Starting from October 3, 2024, we will announce the five(5) winners' information on the https://shokz.com/pages/2024chicagomarathon.

Prize(s) and Winner Selection Method

The prize is one OpenRun Pro 2. You must sign up for shokz.com in order to enter or receive a prize. Each user has a maximum of one chance to win when entering the Lucky Draw. Potential winner(s) will be selected at random from among all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The winner will be notified via e-mail, and must respond within 7 days to claim the prize.

Additional Terms

All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply, and the Lucky Draw is void where prohibited. Shokz reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Lucky Draw should a virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention, fraud or other causes beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security fairness or proper conduct of the Lucky Draw. Shokz reserves the right disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Lucky Draw or who violates these Lucky Draw Rules. Shokz shall have no liability for a Winner’s failure to receive notices due to Winners’failure to check their notification of winning email sent to spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for Winners’provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information.
