1. Eligibility
This Activity is open to individual legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia. Participants must be of legal age (generally at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence) to enter into a binding agreement to participate in this Activity.Employees, officers, directors, representatives, agents, and contractors of Shokz and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, and promotional agencies, as well as their immediate family members and household members, are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law.
2. How to enter
No purchase is necessary to enter or win. To enter, participants must provide an email address in the designated Shokz campaign page.
3. Activity Period
The Activity begins on September 28, 2026, at 12:00 a.m. PT and ends on October 5, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. PT (the “Activity Period”). All entries must be received during the Activity Period.
4. Prizes
The prizes include one (1) of the following rewards: five (5) OpenRun Pro units; ten (10) Shokz Mystery Gift Boxes; ten (10) $50 Coupons; one hundred (100) $10 Coupons; or one thousand (1,000) $5 Coupons.Each Shokz Mystery Gift Box includes one (1) Shokz silver crossbody bag, two (2) boxes of socks, one (1) waist bag, and one (1) canned quick-dry towel, with a total value of $109.You must provide your email address in order to enter the Activity or receive a prize.The Coupons are valid from October 6, 2026, at 12:00 a.m. through October 7, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. PT. Coupons cannot be combined with other coupons and may be used on all products currently on sale on the official Shokz website, excluding refurbished products and accessories. Limit one (1) Coupon per order. Any unused Coupons will automatically expire after this period.Prizes are non-transferable and are not redeemable for cash, except as required by law. Shokz reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
5. Winner selection and notification
Each user has a maximum of one (1) chance to win when entering the Activity. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Potential winners will be selected at random from among all eligible entries received.The specific prize won will be displayed immediately on the page, and winners will also be notified via email by October 7, 2026. Please refer to the email notification for specific prize-claiming instructions. In the event of any discrepancy, the official email notification shall prevail.Winners must claim their prizes within fourteen (14) days of notification. Failure to claim a prize within this period will result in automatic forfeiture of eligibility to receive the prize.
6. Additional
All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Shokz reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Activity if a virus, bug, unauthorized human intervention, fraud, or any other cause beyond its control corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Activity.Shokz reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Activity, or who violates these Terms and Conditions.Shokz shall not be liable for a winner’s failure to receive notification due to the email being directed to spam, junk, or other filters, or due to any incorrect or non-functional contact information provided by a participant.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Shokz or its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, or their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives (collectively, the “Released Parties”) be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the administration of this Activity.To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Released Parties disclaim liability for any loss or damage arising from the use of any product or gift, except for personal injury, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including with respect to product warranties, return rights, and consumer rights.
8. Privacy
Personal information collected in connection with this Activity will be processed in accordance with Shokz’s Privacy Policy and applicable United States federal and state privacy laws. Such information will be used for Activity administration, winner fulfillment, and related business purposes.By participating in the Activity and providing your email address and phone number, you will automatically subscribe to Shokz’s email service. 9. Governing law
This Activity and these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
