Shokz × Garmin Challenge Discount Terms & Conditions

1. Sponsor

This promotion is sponsored by Shokz Technology INC, a Texas company with an office and principal place of business at 3200 Gracie Kiltz Lane Suite 300, Austin, TX 78758 (the “Shokz”).

2. Eligibility

This Activity is open to individual legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia who successfully complete the designated Garmin Challenge in the Garmin app during the campaign period. Participants must be of legal age (generally eighteen (18) years or older) and able to enter into a binding agreement at the time of participation. Employees of Shokz, its affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in this Activity.

3. How to Participate

● Shokz × Garmin Challenge Special Offer:

There is only one free entry: People who successfully complete the Shokz × Garmin Challenge on the Garmin Connect App during the Event period from February 1, 2026 to February 28, 2026 and submit a valid email address through the Email Sign-up Form on the campaign website will be eligible to receive an exclusive discount reward. In addition, participants who make a qualifying headphone purchase have the chance to receive a free gift.

4. Gift Offer Details & Terms

● Gift with Purchase:  

The first 2,000 customers who purchase any eligible Shokz headphone during the Event period will receive a complimentary Sports Waist Pack (Off-White). Quantities are limited and available while supplies last.

● Gift Rules:

Gifts will be distributed sequentially in the order in which the orders are placed, and stock is limited to a first-come, first-served basis.

● Confirmation of Gift Eligibility:

The exclusive gift will be displayed in the shopping cart or at checkout. If not visible, please refresh the page. Final eligibility for the gift is based on the product information displayed on the final checkout screen. 

5. Discount Code Rules

● Validity Period:

The coupon code is valid for 21 days, starting immediately upon its generation and sending to the user.

● Eligible Products:

The 20% discount is applicable only to the following Shokz models: OpenDots One, OpenFit Air, OpenFit 2+, OpenRun Pro 2, OpenRun, OpenMove, OpenSwim Pro.

● Exclusions:

This offer cannot be combined with any other site-wide promotions, sales, bundles, or other discount codes.

● Usage Limit:

Limit one (1) coupon code per email address. 

● Price Protection Policy:

If the price of the headphones you purchased using a discount code drops on the official Shokz website within 45 days of your delivery date, you may request a price match for the difference. To request a price match, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of the price drop.

6. Redemption Conditions

● Eligible participants will receive a discount code by submitting a valid email address on the Shokz campaign landing page. Upon successful submission, the discount code will be generated and displayed on the page and/or sent to the provided email address.
● Coupon codes are valid for online purchases made on the Shokz official website only.
● Coupon codes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
● Offer is subject to product availability. No rainchecks will be provided for out-of-stock items.

7. Additional Terms

All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Shokz reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Activity should a virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention, fraud or other causes beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security fairness or proper conduct of the Activity. Shokz reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Activity or who violates this Terms & Conditions. Shokz shall bear no responsibility or liability in the event that a Winner fails to receive notification, whether due to Winners’ failure to review email communications, including those filtered to spam, junk or otherwise blocked by security settings, or due to the Winners’ provision of inaccurate, incomplete, or otherwise non-functioning contact information.

8. Privacy Policy

By participating in the Activity and entering your email address and phone number, you will automatically be subscribed to Shokz’s email service. For details about how Shokz protects your data, please refer to Shokz Privacy Policy

Please note that opting out or unsubscribing may not prevent you from receiving communications about your orders, products, or other important notices such as changes to our terms and policies, which are not marketing in nature.

9. Dispute

You agree that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Activity or any prize awarded shall be settled by arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these T&C, your rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Shokz in connection with the Activity, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Texas, United States.

10. General Terms

Shokz reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Promotion should circumstances beyond its control (e.g., fraud, technical failures, or virus) corrupt the administration or security of the Promotion. Shokz reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.
