The TryShokzOn event is owned and operated by SHOKZ (SINGAPORE) PTE.LTD. (“Shokz”) , if you have any comments or questions about this program, please contact us at hello@shokz.com.

  1.  Eligible entrants: Applicants must be either in theUnited Statesand have reached the age of majority as defined by the respective laws of the United States. Please note that each applicant can only register for themselves, and they must provide truthful information. Any falsification, once discovered, will result in the disqualification of the applicant by Shokz.
  2.  Date and Time:
  • Application Period: April 15th- April 21st
  • Selecting & Announcement: April 22nd
  • Notification: April 23rd
  • On-site Pickup: April 25th-April 27th

*Please note that on April 23rd, we may contact selected members via the Shokz email. Selected applicants are required to respond within 5 days upon receiving the email, otherwise, their application will be disqualified. Please pay attention to the email provided in this application form.

  1. About Shokz Gift:

Applicants selected for the Shokz Team will receive a headphone as gift from Shokz. The model and color of the headphone in the kit will be determined and provided by Shokz.

  1. Selecting criteria:

We will check applicants’ previous running experiences and athletic abilities to evaluate their athletic ability/performance. Additionally, we’ll consider their skills, the authenticity of their responses, and their involvement in sports clubs, social media usage, and other relevant factors.

  1. The License of Name and Likeness.

As part of organizing the TryShokzOn event, we may collect or take photographs/videos of the activities and participants during the TryShokzOn event. Therefore, by registering for this Event, you, permit and authorize Shokz may use your image, voice, appearance, performance, words, your name, or other likenesses (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Likeness”) for publicity, marketing, and/or promotion for the TryShokzOn event. This consent applies only to Likeness taken or collected during event activities. If you do not agree to authorize Shokz, you agree that you are not eligible for the TryShokzOn event, and you won’t get the chance to win the Shokz Gift. We will not use portraits where individuals are clearly identifiable without separate express consent.

  1. Privacy Policy

- With your consent, Shokz may collect and use your contact information such as name and email address to contact you, and provide you with the headphones, create anonymous, aggregated statistics about the use of our products, services and brand development projects. The handling is necessary to perform the TryShokzOn event.

- Shokz collects and uses your e-mail address upon participators’ separate consent to send you the product news, promotions, updates, surveys, insights and more.

- We may disclose your personal information if authorized or required by law (for example, where we are required to disclose your personal information to a court in response to a subpoena). However, we will not disclose your personal information for any other purpose without your consent.

- By filling out this form, you agree that we will process your data per your authorization. If you change your mind or have any requests, please get in touch with us via privacy@shokz.com. We will respond to you within 24 hours.
