ShokzSquad Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the ShokzSquad! These Terms and Conditions (these "Terms") govern your participation in the ShokzSquad loyalty program (the "Program"), operated by Shokz Technology Inc ("we," "us," or "our"). By enrolling in the Program, you agree to these Terms, which are subject to our general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

 

1. Membership Eligibility & Enrollment

  • Eligibility: The Program is completely free to join. All you need to enroll is a valid email address. By joining, you confirm that you have read the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, and that you are of legal age (eighteen (18) or older, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to enter into a binding agreement.
  • Account Creation: Only one (1) ShokzSquad account may be associated with a single, valid email address. Memberships are for personal, non-commercial use only. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts suspected of reseller activities, fraud, or abuse.

 

2. Limited-Time Tier Qualification

This is an invitation-only, non-transferable, limited-time exception to the Program’s standard tier accumulation rules, exclusive to the ShokzSquad Beta phase. It is NOT a recurring member benefit or ongoing Program entitlement.

  1. Eligibility: This tier qualification is only available to members who receive an official written invitation from Shokz, and complete full Program enrollment before May 20, 2026, Central Time (CT).
  2. Qualification Rules: For eligible members, initial tier status will be calculated in accordance with the Program’s standard points earning rules, based on eligible purchases made on the Shokz US official website during the 24-month period immediately preceding the member’s enrollment date.
  3. Tier Validity: The initial tier unlocked via this qualification follows the Program’s standard 24-month rolling validity rule, starting from the member’s enrollment date.
  4. Standard Program Rule: For all members who enroll after the above deadline (including invited members who enroll late), and all members who do not receive an official Shokz invitation: Points and tier progress are only earned on eligible purchases made while you are an active Program member and logged into your member account at checkout. Purchases made prior to Program enrollment, or purchases made without logging into your member account at checkout, will not qualify for points, tier status, or any Program benefits under any circumstances.
  5. Reservation of Rights: We reserve the right to revoke this tier qualification, adjust tier status, or deduct ineligible points from any member who obtains access through fraud, misrepresentation, or violation of these Program Terms.


3. Earning Points & Pending Periods

Your tier status is determined by the number of valid, active points accumulated in your account, in accordance with the tier qualification rules set out in these Terms. Points hold no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are non-transferable. For the purposes of this Section 3, "Program Launch Date" means the official full launch date of the ShokzSquad Program, initially defined as May 20, 2026, Central Time (CT). In the event of any adjustment to the official full launch date, the Program Launch Date shall be the updated date publicly announced by Shokz via the official Shokz US website or official Program communications.

3.1 Transactional Points

Earning Rate: Members earn one (1) point for every $1 (USD) of Pre-Tax Net Paid Amount spent on qualifying purchases made directly on the official Shokz US website, while the member is an active Program member and logged into their member account at checkout. Purchases made prior to Program enrollment, or purchases made without logging into your member account at checkout, do not qualify for points or tier progress, except for the Limited-Time Tier Qualification set out in Section 2.

Definition of Pre-Tax Net Paid Amount: For the purposes of point calculation, "Pre-Tax Net Paid Amount" means the final pre-tax US dollar amount actually paid by the Member for eligible products, after all applicable discounts, promo codes, coupon codes, store credits, and gift card redemptions have been applied.

Qualifying Spend & Exclusions: Point calculations are based strictly on the Pre-Tax Net Paid Amount of your eligible items. For the avoidance of doubt, the following items are strictly excluded from your point-earning base, and will not count toward point accumulation:

  1. Shipping fees, delivery charges, and handling fees;
  2. Federal, state, and local sales taxes;
  3. Any applied discounts, promo codes, coupon codes, store credits, gift card values, or other price reductions;
  4. Any amounts refunded, returned, or credited back to the Member for any reason.

Rounding Rule: Point calculations utilize standard mathematical rounding to the nearest whole number (e.g., a qualifying purchase of $1.40 earns 1 point; a purchase of $1.50 earns 2 points).

Illustrative Example (for reference only): The below example is provided solely to clarify point calculation rules, and does not modify or override the terms of this Agreement:

The 90-Day Pending Period: Points earned from purchases (including pre-orders) will enter a 90-day "pending" period starting from the date the order is placed. During this 90-day window, pending points are not added to your active point balance and do not count toward tier progress. Points will clear and become active upon the expiration of the 90-day period.

3.2 Non-Transactional Points

The Program offers various ways to accumulate points starting from the Program Launch Date. Actions completed prior to the Program Launch Date do not count toward the point total. The Company reserves the right to change, limit, modify, or terminate Additional Earning Actions at any time, in any manner, without prior notice.

  • One-Time Actions: The Company may offer additional one-time Earning Actions as described on https://shokz.com/pages/shokzsquad or other Program-related communications. These actions can only be completed once per Member. The specific details of the points (or other benefits) earned for completing such actions will be detailed on the Program Page or other related communications.
  • Other Earning Opportunities: The Company may, at its sole discretion, provide additional opportunities for some or all Members to earn points or other benefits through designated actions. These opportunities will be subject to the terms and limitations specified on the Program Page or in other relevant Program notices.

 

4. Tiers, Retention, and Expiration

4.1 The Program features four (4) membership tiers.

You will automatically level up when your active point balance reaches the required threshold:

  • Entry: 0 - 99 Points
  • Active: 100 - 299 Points
  • Advanced: 300 - 699 Points
  • Pro: 700+ Points

4.2 Rolling 24-Month Expiration & Downgrades

  • Tier Validity: Your current membership tier status is valid for a rolling period of 24 months from the date of your last tier upgrade.
  • Point Expiration & Re-evaluation: At the end of this 24-month period, any historical points earned more than 24 months ago will expire and be deducted from your account. The system will then re-evaluate your tier based on your remaining active point balance. If your remaining points no longer meet the threshold for your current tier, your account will be downgraded.
  • Notification: Members will receive an email notification approximately 100 days prior to their tier expiration date.

 

5. Program Benefits & Rewards

Benefits are unlocked based on your active tier status. We reserve the right to modify or substitute benefits at our discretion.

Member-only offers

  • Tiers: 10% off (Entry), 15% off (Active), 20% off (Advanced), and 25% off (Pro).
  • Issuance & Validity: Automatically issued to your account upon enrollment or when reaching a new tier. Valid for 90 days from the exact date of issuance.
  • Usage: Excludes accessories, refurbished items, and select newly launched products. Non-stackable with other promotions. Limit one (1) offer per order, maximum of 3 units per order.

Member-only gifts

  • Issuance Rule: A gift voucher is automatically issued upon reaching a new tier. Gifts are subject to periodic updates, available options will be displayed at the time of redemption.
  • Usage: Valid for 2 years from issuance. Bound to your account, non-transferable, and single-use. Must be redeemed with a valid product purchase. Gifts ship with your order; standalone shipping is unavailable. Unused vouchers can be applied to subsequent orders within the validity period.

Extended returns

  • Unlock Rule: Available to all tiers for orders placed directly through a logged-in member account.
  • Benefit: A 90-day free return window, extending the standard 45-day non-member window.
  • Usage Rules: Return requests must be submitted within 90 days of the order being placed, and must comply with Shokz’s official return policy.

Birthday treats

  • Eligibility: Available to all tiers upon profile completion. Important: Your birthday must be added to your profile at least 24 hours in advance to receive the reward for the current year. Once submitted, birthday details cannot be modified.
  • Benefits: A $5 offer with no minimum purchase requirement.
  • Issuance Rule: For members with completed birthday information, the benefit will be automatically sent to your registered email on your actual birthday.
  • Validity: 31 days from the date of issuance
  • Usage Rules: Valid for all products. This offer can be stacked with automatic site-wide markdowns (sale pricing), but cannot be combined with any other promo codes. Limit 1 per order.

New release giveaways

  • Unlock Rule: Exclusive for Advanced and Pro members only.
  • Benefit: Access to periodic sweepstakes for newly launched products. Winners receive Shokz headphones completely free of charge.
  • Participation Rules: Ongoing sweepstakes will be updated in your Hub. You must submit your entry within the event period. Winning results will be announced via email and the Hub after the sweepstakes closes.
  • Disclaimer: Headphone models, prize quantities, entry windows, and draw dates are subject to the official rules of each specific event. Prizes are non-transferable and hold no cash value.

Priority access

  • Unlock Rule: Exclusive for Advanced and Pro members only.
  • Benefit: Early access to secure inventory for new releases and limited-edition items.
  • Usage: Early access events will be notified in advance via the Hub and email. You must log in to place orders during the designated early access window. Inventory is strictly limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Disclaimer: Access times, eligible products, and purchase limits are subject to the official terms of each launch event.

VIP event giveaways

  • Unlock Rule: Exclusive for Pro members only.
  • Benefit: Gain access to exclusive member-only sweepstakes for tickets to world-class sporting events, Shokz official brand launch events, in-person product co-creation workshops, and other offline VIP experiences.Winners will receive a comprehensive package covering event entry, round-trip airfare, and hotel accommodations.
  • Participation Rules: Enter via the Hub during the active event period. Winners will be notified via email and the Hub.
  • Disclaimer: Event dates, ticket allocations, travel details, and full rules are subject to the official announcement of each sweepstakes. Prizes are strictly non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

 

6. Refunds, Returns & Order Cancellations

  • Point Deductions: If you cancel an order or process a return, any pending points associated with that transaction will be permanently deducted from your account.
  • Reward & Offer Forfeiture: Member-only offers, Gift vouchers, and Birthday treats are strictly single-use only. If you return or cancel an order where any of these specific rewards or discounts were applied, that reward is permanently forfeited. It will not be reinstated, refunded, or restored to your account under any circumstances.

 

7. Abuse, Fraud & Termination

7.1 Revocation of Membership: 

The Company reserves the right to revoke any Program membership, cancel any points, and/or revoke any or all benefits a Member may have if—at the Company’s sole and absolute discretion—the Member has abused any Program privileges, used the Program fraudulently, failed to comply with the Terms and Conditions, or obtained points or benefits through deception, forgery, and/or fraud (including, but not limited to, automated means). This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Allowing third parties to make purchases through a Member’s account.
  • Making purchases on behalf of third parties to artificially inflate point earnings.
  • Purchasing items through a Member’s account with the intent to resell.
  • Any other actions (individually or in cooperation with others) intended to or affecting the legitimate operation of the Program.

7.2 Voluntary Termination:

A Member may request to terminate their Program membership at any time by contacting us. Once a termination request is submitted, it is irreversible, and all Program points, status, and benefits will be forfeited. Terminating your Program account will not result in the closure of your general Shokz user account; you may continue to use your account to make purchases.

 

8. Program Modifications & Termination

We reserve the right to alter, limit, modify, or terminate the ShokzSquad Program, its tier structures, points calculations, or any benefits at our sole discretion, at any time. For any material adverse changes that negatively impact your existing rights or benefits under the Program (including but not limited to increases in tier qualification thresholds, reductions in points earning rates, devaluation of points, cuts to member benefits, or termination of the Program), we will provide you with prior notice at least 30 days in advance via email to your registered email address, or via prominent announcement on the Shokz US official website and ShokzSquad member Hub. Your continued participation in the Program following the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

 

9. Limitation of Liability

By participating in the Program, you agree to release and hold harmless Shokz, its parent companies, affiliates, and partners from any and all claims, damages, or liabilities arising from or related to your participation in the Program, including but not limited to the redemption, use, or misuse of any rewards, gifts, or sweepstakes prizes.
