Shokz x Spartan Race Lucky Draw – Terms and Conditions

Please read these rules carefully prior to participation or entry. No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win.

Free Method of Entry

Email signups via the Shokz x Spartan Race landing page are automatically entered into the lucky draw to win a pair of Shokz OpenSwim Pro headphones. This program is free of charge. Shokz reserves the right to the final interpretation of this campaign. Entries are voided upon return or cancellation.

Eligibility Requirements and Exclusions

Open to individual legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia who are the older of 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in their state of residence prior to the date of entry.Employees of Shokz and its affiliates, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.

Registration Period

The giveaway starts at 12:00 a.m. PT on August 7, 2025, and ends at 11:59 p.m. PT on December 20, 2025.

Prize(s) and Winner Selection Method

Ten (10) winners will each receive one (1) pair of Shokz OpenSwim Pro headphones.

Each user must sign up through the Shokz x Spartan Race landing page to enter the draw.

Each entrant is eligible for one entry.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries.

Winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received.

Winners will be announced on the official Shokz website between December 21 and December 31, 2025.

The winner list will be publicly displayed during this period. The campaign page will be taken offline after December 31, 2025.

Winners will also be notified via email. Please respond to the notification email within 7 days to confirm eligibility and claim the prize. Failure to respond within the time limit may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

Each participant is eligible to win only once.

All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited.

Shokz reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the giveaway should a virus, bugs, unauthorized human intervention, fraud, or other causes beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the giveaway.

Shokz reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or violates these giveaway rules.

Shokz shall not be held responsible for any issues related to winner notifications, including failure to check email inboxes, spam folders, or providing incorrect contact information.
