1.1 Free method of entry
You may automatically enter the giveaway via the entry method described below.
Provide your email address on the top of the landing page.
1.2 Eligibility requirements and exclusions
This Activity is open to individual legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia. Participants must be of legal age (generally eighteen (18) or older) to enter into a binding agreement to take part in this Activity. Employees of Shokz and its affiliates, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.
1.3 Prize(s) and Winner Selection Method
The prize is any one of the ten (10) selected Shokz headphones, excluding sold-out products. You must sign up for shokz.com in order to enter or receive a prize. Each user has a maximum of one (1) chance to win when entering an Activity. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries. Potential winner(s) will be selected at random from among all eligible entries received.
Winners will be notified via email and must respond within seven (7) days to claim the prize. Failure to respond within this period will result in automatic forfeiture of award eligibility.
1.4 Prize Period
The winner will be selected from the users who enter the giveaway between 00:00, Mar 18 to 24:00, Mar 24. We will announce the winner on the giveaway-related webpage on 00:00, Mar 25.
2 Free Gift with Purchase
Please read these promotion terms carefully. This offer is subject to the following terms and conditions:
2.1 Eligible Products
During the promotional period, customers will receive one (1) free gift with the purchase of each qualifying product. Orders of OpenDots ONE will receive the star earrings set only, all other qualifying products will receive the lightweight cap only. The free gift will be automatically added to the cart upon addition of an eligible product. Eligible products are limited to the following: OpenRun Pro 2\OpenSwim Pro\OpenRun\OpenMove\OpenDots ONE\OpenFit 2+\OpenFit Air\OpenComm2 2025\OpenComm2 UC 2025\OpenSwim.
2.2 Gift Quantity & Availability
The first one thousand (1,000) customers who place a qualifying order will receive a free gift. The offer is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Once the first 1,000 qualifying orders have been reached, the promotion will end automatically, even if the promotional period has not concluded. A notice may be displayed on the website when the gifts are fully claimed.
2.3 General Terms
The free gift is non-transferable, has no cash value, and cannot be exchanged or returned separately. If the qualifying purchased product is returned, the corresponding free gift must also be returned for a full refund. Shokz reserves the right to substitute the gift with an item of equal or greater value in the event of unavailability.
3 Buy 2 Get $30 Off Promotion

3.1 Promotion Details & Eligible Products
During the promotional period, customers who purchase any two (2) products from the designated "Buy 2 Get $30 Off" collection are eligible to receive an immediate discount of thirty U.S. dollars ($30.00) off their total order. Qualifying products may be two different items or two of the same item. Eligible products are limited to the following: OpenRun Pro 2\OpenSwim Pro\OpenDots ONE\OpenFit 2 +.
3.2 Refund Policy
If a return or partial refund is initiated for an order that received the $30 promotional discount, the discount value will be allocated proportionally across all items in the order based on each item's net price after applying all other discounts but before applying the $30 promotional discount. The refund amount for any returned item will be its final charged price (after all discounts) minus its allocated portion of the $30 discount.
Example Calculation: Assume an order contains two eligible items. After applying all other discounts (e.g., a site-wide 30% off), their net prices are $70 and $35, making a subtotal of $105. The $30 promotion is then applied. The $30 discount is allocated proportionally: $20 to the $70 item (70/105*30) and $10 to the $35 item (35/105*30). The final amounts charged are $70 - $20 = $50 for the first item, and $35 - $10 = $25 for the second item.
3.3 General Terms
Shokz reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion at any time due to error, fraud, or any factor beyond its reasonable control. All decisions regarding promotion interpretation and eligibility are final.
4 Additional Terms
All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Shokz reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the giveaway should a virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention, fraud or other causes beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security fairness or proper conduct of the giveaway. Shokz reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the giveaway or who violates these giveaway rules. Shokz shall not be liable for a Winner's failure to receive notification due to the email being directed to spam, junk, or other filters, or for any incorrect or non-functional contact information provide by the Winner.
5 Privacy Policy
By entering the giveaway with your email, you will automatically subscribe to Shokz's email service. For details about how Shokz protects your data, please refer to the Shokz Privacy Policy.
Email subscription users have the right to unsubscribe from our marketing communications.
