Shokz Ride Open Strava Challenge T&C

1. Organiser

The ""Shokz Ride Open Challenge"" (hereinafter referred to as the ""Event"") is hosted by Shokz (hereinafter referred to as the ""Organiser"").

2. Elegibility

The Event is open to individuals who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry.
Prizes will only be delivered to the following countries and regions: the United States, and Canada.
Discount codes are only available to participants from the the United States, and Canada.

3. How to enter

To enter the draw, Participants must submit a valid email address. Only ONE entry is per participant.
*Any attempt to obtain more than one entry by using multiple or different identities, or any other methods, will void their entry and may result in disqualification.

4. Event Description

The Event consists of the following activity: Email Entry & Selection

5. Activity: Email Entry, Challenge Completion and Lucky Draw Selection

5.1 Eligibility & Entry Requirements
To qualify for the random draw, participants must fulfill the following criteria:
5.1.1 Email Registration: Submit a valid email address via the official entry form.
5.1.2 Challenge Completion: Successfully complete the designated cycling distance/task as specified in the event guidelines.
5.1.3 Combined Requirement: Only participants who have both registered their email and completed the challenge will be entered into the pool for the random draw.
5.2 Selection & Draw Process
5.2.1 Random Selection: All potential winners will be selected from the pool of eligible participants through a random electronic draw.
5.2.2 Probability: The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
5.2.3 Exclusivity Rule: Participants who win 1st, 2nd, or 3rd awards are ineligible to win Group Goal Reward.
5.2.4 Guaranteed Reward Exception: The Finisher Award is a guaranteed reward for all participants who successfully complete the challenge. Eligibility for the Finisher Award is independent of the random draw and remains unaffected by any other prize wins.

6. Prize

6.1 Grand Prize (1 Winner)
The winner will receive
One (1) Camera (HOVERAir X1 PROMAX bike combo)，worthing USD1300 approximately （this includes the HOVERAir X1 PROMAX main unit and the following accessories: Beacon, 2 x Smart Batteries, Charging Hub, USB C-C Cable, Magnetic Adapter, HandleBar Mount, 65W Power Adapter, ND Filters, and Multi-functional Carry Bag. The prize configuration shall be subject to the official display list, and no additional accessories will be provided.)
One (1) Official USAC / Cycling Canada National Team Jersey,
and
One (1) Shokz OpenRun Pro 2 (Orange)
6.2 Second Prize （5 Winners）
Each winner will each receive an Official USAC / Cycling Canada National Team Jersey (optional) and one Shokz OpenRun Pro 2 (Orange).
6.3 Third Prize (20 Winners)
Each winner will each receive a Cycling Water Bottle.
6.4 Finisher Reward – Discount Code
All eligible participants who successfully complete the Challenge in accordance with the Event requirements (“Finishers”) will receive a twenty percent (20%) discount code and a Strava Exclusive Finisher Badge .
The discount code is a guaranteed reward for completion of the Challenge and is not subject to random draw.
6.4.1 Issuance Method
For participants in the United States, and Canada:
The discount code will be displayed on the designated landing page upon successful completion of the Challenge and may be copied and redeemed directly on the applicable official Shokz website. Each code is unique and valid for one (1) use only.
6.4.2 Discount Code Conditions
●The discount code is valid from 18 May 2026 to 7 June 2026 (inclusive).
●The discount code is applicable only on the official Shokz website corresponding to the participant's country/region.
●The discount code applies to full-priced products only.
●The discount code is not applicable to Grand Slam co-branded models or OpenFit Pro.
●The discount code cannot be combined, stacked, or used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount, coupon, or offer.
●Each unique discount code is valid for one (1) use only.
●Shokz reserves the right to modify or withdraw the discount offer in the event of misuse, technical error, or unforeseen circumstances.
6.5 Group Goal Reward (5 Winners):
If the total distance logged by all participants collectively reaches 10,000,000 km.
●Prize: Each winner will each receive an OpenRun Pro 2 (Orange).
●Exclusivity: Participants who win 1st, 2nd, or 3rd awards are ineligible to win Group Goal Reward. However, all finishers are eligible for the Finisher Award.
●Selection: The 5 winners will be randomly drawn from all eligible participants who reached the qualifying criteria.

7. Announcement

Potential winner will be notified via email by Shokz on 7 June 2026 (hereinafter referred to as the ""Notification"") and will be announced on Shokz's official website.

8. Rule

Winners must reply to the notification email within 48 hours. Failure to respond—due to an incorrect email, spam filtering, ineligibility, or non-compliance with the T&Cs—will result in disqualification. with no alternate winner selected. No alternate prize will be offered.

9. Timeline:

9.1 Selection and Announcement: 7 June 2026.
9.2 Notification: 7 June 2026.
9.3 Reply: BEFORE 9 June 2026.
9.4 Delivery: Upon successful response or completion of the prize claim form, the prize is expected to be delivered within two weeks, subject to actual logistics timelines.

10. Prize Conditions：

All prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or substituted for any other items.
For the Grand Prize:
●Shokz provides the race number only and does not provide insurance coverage or assume liability beyond legal requirements.
●Winners acknowledge the inherent risks of participating in cycling events and accept full responsibility for any resulting loss, injury, or damage.
●Winners must comply with all official registration procedures and deadlines set by the race organisers. Failure to complete registration or meet deadlines may result in forfeiture of the prize, for which Shokz bears no responsibility.
●Any attempt to transfer, resell, or otherwise misuse the race number will result in immediate disqualification.
●Shokz is not responsible for any additional costs, including but not limited to travel, accommodation, or other race-related expenses.
●The winner's registered email address will be the sole method of verification for claiming the race number. It is the winner's responsibility to ensure the email address remains active and accessible throughout the redemption process.

11. Warranty

Shokz is not responsible for the warranty of all prizes except Shokz-branded headphones, which are covered by the standard Shokz warranty policy.
Products purchased using discount codes are eligible for the same Shokz warranty policy.

12. Privacy & Data Protection

Participants' personal data will be collected and processed solely for the purpose of contact , delivery of Prize and further marketing purposes, in accordance with its privacy policy and in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
If you do not want us to use your email address to send you marketing materials or non-transactional promotional materials, you can easily opt out by clicking on the unsubscribe link provided at the bottom of any of our email messages. Alternatively, you may contact us by sending an email to privacy@shokz.com to request removal from our marketing communications.
For text (SMS/MMS) messages, if you wish to opt out, simply follow the instructions included in the messages you receive from Shokz. You can also reach out to us via email at privacy@shokz.com to opt out of receiving text messages.

13. Liability

Shokz reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Event in the event of unforeseen circumstances. By participating, Participants and Winners agree that Shokz is not liable for any damages, losses, or causes of action (whether known or unknown) related to or arising from their participation in the Event, or from the receipt or use/misuse of any prize, including but not limited to personal injury, death, or property damage.
The winner is responsible for all applicable taxes, including federal, state, and local taxes, as well as any taxes imposed on their income.
