Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully prior to participation or entry. No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win.

Free Method of Entry

Email signups via the Shokz x USA Cycling landing page are automatically entered into the lucky draw for the OpenRun Pro 2, and entries are voided upon return. This program is free of charge. Shokz reserves the right to the final interpretation of this campaign.

Eligibility Requirements and Exclusions

This Activity is open to individual legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia. Participants must be of legal age (generally eighteen (18) or older) to enter into a binding agreement to take part in this Activity. Employees of Shokz and its affiliates, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.

Registration Period

Registration for the Shokz x USA Cycling Lucky Draw closes at 11:59 PM PT on Mar. 18, 2026.

Prize(s) and Winner Selection Method

The prize for giveaway is five OpenRun Pro 2. You must sign up with your email through the Shokz x USA Cycling landing page in order to enter or receive a prize. Each user has a maximum of one chance to win when entering a giveaway. Potential winner(s) will be selected at random from among all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries.

Winners will be announced on the official Shokz website from 12:00 AM PT on March 19, 2026 to 11:59 PM PT on March 31, 2026, and contacted via email. Please respond to winner notification emails within seven (7) business days to claim your prize. If a winner fails to reply within the designated timeframe, the prize eligibility will be forfeited, and no further compensation will be provided.

Additional Terms

All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply, and the giveaway is void where prohibited. Shokz reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the giveaway should a virus, bugs, unauthorized human intervention, fraud, or other causes beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the giveaway. Shokz reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the giveaway, or who violates these Terms and Conditions.

Shokz shall have no liability for a winner's failure to receive notices due to their failure to check their winning notification email, spam, junk email, or other security settings, or for providing incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information.

Privacy Policy

By entering the giveaway with your email, you have subscribed to Shokz's email service. For details about how Shokz protects your data, please refer to the Shokz Privacy Policy.

Email subscription users have the right to unsubscribe from our marketing communications. If you do not want us to use your email address to send you marketing or non-transactional promotional materials, you can easily opt out by clicking the unsubscribe link provided at the bottom of any of our emails. Alternatively, you may contact us by sending an email to privacy@shokz.com to request removal from our marketing communications.

Please note that opting out or unsubscribing may not prevent you from receiving communications about your orders, products, or other important notices such as changes to our terms and policies, which are not marketing in nature.
