Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully prior to participation or entry. No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win.
1. Sponsor
The “Shokz Mountain Rock and Roll Lucky Draw Challenge” (hereinafter referred to as the “Event”) is sponsored and administered by Shokz Technology Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the “Sponsor”).
This Event is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Strava, UTMB Group, the organizers of the UTMB World Series, or any social media platform.
2. Eligibility
Legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia, and Canada (excluding Quebec) who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is greater.
Employees, officers, directors, representatives, agents, and contractors of Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, and promotion agencies, as well as their immediate family members and household members, are not eligible to participate.
Void where prohibited by law.
3.How to enter
No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
To enter the prize draw, participants must join and complete the Mountain Rock 'n Roll Challenge hosted by Shokz on Strava and submit a valid email address through the designated Event page.
Only ONE entry is allowed per participant. Any attempt to obtain more than one entry by using multiple or different identities, or any other methods, will void their entry and may result in disqualification.
4.Event period
The Event begins on August 24, 2026 at 12:00 AM Pacific Time and ends on August 30, 2026 at 11:59 PM Pacific Time (the “Event Period”). All challenge completions and email entries must be received during this period.
5.Prizes
The following prizes will be awarded:

5 winners will win an elite athlete-signed OpenRun Pro 2

10 winners will win a Shokz tote bag (Black)

50 winners will win a Shokz sport belt (Black)

All participants who complete the challenge will receive a unique discount code for designated products.
* Discount codes are exclusively applicable on the Shokz official website and not stackable with other coupons. The users should copy the corresponding discount code and use it at checkout to enjoy the discount. The discount code for 20% OFF is valid for the OpenRun, OpenRun Pro 2, OpenMove, OpenSwim Pro, OpenFit Air, OpenFit 2, OpenFit 2+, OpenDots ONE headphones. Discount codes are valid from 17 August to 22 September 2026.
Shokz is not responsible for the warranty of all the prizes, except Shokz headphones.
Products purchased at discounted prices enjoy the same Shokz warranty policy.
Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize (or any component thereof) with a prize of equal or greater value, except as prohibited by law. Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes, fees, and incidentals associated with the prize. Prizes are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash, unless otherwise required by law.
6.Winner selection
All potential winners will be selected through a random draw. Your chance of winning depends on the number of eligible participants.
7.Notification
After participating in the prize draw on the Event page, participants will be notified of the draw result immediately on the page.
If a participant wins a prize, they must follow the on-screen instructions and provide a valid shipping address. Shokz will arrange shipment of the prize after the required information has been successfully submitted.
Shokz will not be responsible for any failure to deliver a prize due to incorrect, incomplete, or invalid shipping information provided by the winner.
8.Delivery
Upon successful response or completion of the prize claim form, the prize is expected to be delivered within a month, subject to actual logistics timelines.
All rewards cannot be resold, exchanged for cash or substituted for any other prize.e.
9. Privacy and data protection
Participants’ personal data will be collected and processed solely for the purpose of contact, delivery of Prize and further marketing purposes, in accordance with its privacy policy in US and Canada and in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
If you do not want us to use your email address to send you marketing materials or non-transactional promotional materials, you can easily opt out by clicking on the unsubscribe link provided at the bottom of any of our email messages. Alternatively, you may contact us by sending an email to privacy@shokz.com to request removal from our marketing communications.
Please note that opting out or unsubscribing may not prevent you from receiving communications about your orders, products, or other important notices such as changes to our terms and policies, which are not marketing in nature.
10. Assumption of risk and release
BY PARTICIPATING, EACH PARTICIPANT AGREES TO RELEASE, INDEMNIFY, AND HOLD HARMLESS SPONSOR, ITS AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, ADVERTISING AND PROMOTION AGENCIES, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND REPRESENTATIVES (COLLECTIVELY, THE “RELEASED PARTIES”) FROM ALL CLAIMS, DAMAGES, LOSSES, COSTS, AND EXPENSES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES) ARISING FROM PARTICIPATION IN THE EVENT, ACCEPTANCE OR USE OF ANY PRIZE, OR ATTENDANCE AT ANY EVENT ASSOCIATED WITH THE PRIZE (INCLUDING THE UTMB MARATHON).
11.Modification, suspension, or cancellation
Shokz reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Event in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
12.Governing law
This Sweepstakes and these Official Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
