Entry Period & Winners Announcement
The winner will be selected from all eligible users who enter the giveaway between December 5, 2025, at 00:00 PST and December 12, 2025, at 23:00 PST. The winners will be announced on the Winter Holiday Landing Page or via an on-site pop-up between December 13 and December 15, 2025.
Eligibility requirements and exclusions
This Activity is open to individual legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia. Please make sure you are of legal age (generally eighteen (18) or older) to enter into a binding agreement to participate in this Activity. Shokz reserves the right to request reasonable proof of eligibility. Employees of Shokz and its affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
Prize(s) and Winner Selection Method
The giveaway prize is:

First Prize (10 Winners): One (1) pair of Shokz headphones of the winner's choice.

Second Prize (20 Winners): One (1) Spotify Gift Card. Shokz Customer Service will contact winners via email to confirm their shipping address, phone number. The gift card will be delivered to the address provided by the winner.

Third Prize (Guaranteed Rewards): A $5.00 USD Coupon (Valid from December 13 to December 31, 2025). A unique coupon code will be sent via email on December 13. This coupon cannot be combined with other coupons or discount codes.
You must sign up at shokz.com in order to enter or receive a prize. Each user has a maximum of one (1) chance to win when entering an Activity. Odds of winning first or second prize depend on the number of eligible entries. Potential winner(s) of the first and second prizes will be selected at random from among all eligible entries received.
Winners of the first and second prizes will be notified via email and must respond within seven (7) days to claim the prize. Failure to respond within this period will result in automatic forfeiture of award eligibility.
No cash or other substitution may be made, except by Shokz, who reserves the right (but has no obligation) to substitute a prize (or a component thereof) with another prize(or component thereof including cash) of equal or greater value if a prize is not available for any reason as determined by Shokz in its sole discretion.

Shokz reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Activity should a virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention, fraud or other causes beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security fairness or proper conduct of the Activity. Shokz reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Activity or who violates this Terms & Conditions. Shokz shall bear no responsibility or liability in the event that a Winner fails to receive notification, whether due to Winners’ failure to review email communications, including those filtered to spam, junk or otherwise blocked by security settings, or due to the Winners’ provision of inaccurate, incomplete, or otherwise non-functioning contact information.

DISPUTES
You agree that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Activity or any prize awarded shall be settled by arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these T&C, your rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Shokz in connection with the Activity, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
