Q：DO OPENFIT HAVE A MICROPHONE?
A：Yes. There are two microphones on both earbuds.
Q：DO OPENFIT USE BONE CONDUCTION TECHNOLOGY?
A：No, they don’t. They are powered by DirectPitch™ technology, another technical method to open-ear listening. Shokz DirectPitch™ technology uses reverse sound waves to optimize the distance and angle between the sound source and the human ear, resulting in relatively greater sound pressure toward the ear and less sound pressure in directions other than the ear canal.
Q：CAN OTHERS HEAR YOUR MUSIC OR CALLS?
A：No, generally they can’t. OpenFit use DirectPitch™ technology, which amplifies sound pressure in directions towards the ear canal, and cancels sound and pressure in directions angled away from ear canal. This greatly reduces sound leakage and maintains your listening privacy.
Q：ARE OPENFIT WATER AND SWEAT RESISTANT?
A：OpenFit earbuds are IP54 water-resistant, and the charging case is not rated waterproof. The earbuds are designed to be resistant against dust and drops of water but aren’t meant to be submerged under water. We don't recommend you to wear them in heavy rain or wash them with running water.
Q：WHAT IS THE AVERAGE BATTERY LIFE OF OPENFIT?
A：OpenFit provide up to 7 hours of listening on a single full charge. The charging case extends the earbuds to 28 hours of listening. The actual battery life depends on the volume, sound source, degree of environmental interference, product features, use habits, and other factors.
Q：CAN YOU CONTROL YOUR DEVICES USING A SINGLE EARBUD?
A：Yes. Both earbuds support independent use for mono music or calls. When used independently, the earbud controls will only activate for the earbud in use.
Q：CAN YOU WEAR OPENFIT WITH GLASSES, A WINTER HAT, HELMET, OR OTHER HEADGEAR?
A：Yes. OpenFit are headgear friendly. The ultra-fine dolphin arc ear hook design ensures you feel comfortable when wearing with glasses and headwear.
Q：DO YOU NEED TO USE OPENFIT WITH AN APP?
A：You can use OpenFit without an app. However, the Shokz App can help you customize your listening experiences. You can personalize your EQ modes, button functions, access real-time power information, and update the firmware through the Shokz App.
