OpenSwim is designed with IP68 waterproof durability and suitable for use in a wide range of water sports and water activities. These headphones can withstand underwater submersion of up to 2 meters for no longer than 30 minutes.
OpenSwim was tested under controlled laboratory conditions and has a rating of IP68 under IEC standard 60529. OpenSwim’s waterproof durability is not a permanent condition and resistance to moisture exposure might decrease as a result of normal wear over time. The charging port has been treated to resist corrosion, but due to the corrosive nature of saltwater and/or chlorine, prompt cleaning after use every time is recommended to prolong the water-resistant durability.
If you notice excessive wear or corrosion on your OpenSwim, please contact our Customer Happiness Team.
OpenSwim comes with a two-year warranty that covers manufacturer defects. The warranty does not cover misuse of the product, loss or theft.
OpenSwim are compatible with MP3, WAV, WMA, AAC, & FLAC file types.
