While we hope you never need it, all new Shokz purchased from authorized retailers come with a two-year warranty that begins on your date of purchase. Refurbished products purchased from authorized retailers are covered by a one-year warranty. In the unlikely event that you experience a manufacturer defect, you can file a claim to receive a replacement pair of headphones. Filing and submitting a warranty claim can be completed here.
