Fixing Connectivity Problems on Shokz Headphones

Whether you just purchased your Shokz headphones, or you’ve been using them for months, you may find yourself having some trouble pairing your headphones to your favorite device. As you watch the little wheel spin searching endlessly for your beloved Shokz, a sinking feeling may settle at the pit of your stomach. There’s no need to panic! Your headphones just need to be reset.

TO RESET YOUR TITANIUM OR AIR
1) Start with your headphones powered off and cleared from your devices' Bluetooth settings.

2) Enter pairing mode by pressing and holding the volume+ button for 5-7 seconds. Your headset will turn on (continue holding the button) and then the LED light will flash red and blue. Audrey will say "pairing" indicating pairing mode.

3) Press and hold the multifunction button, volume+ button, and volume- button (all three buttons) simultaneously for 3-5 seconds. You'll hear beeps and/or feel vibrations.

4) Turn your headphones off.

Your headphones are now reset and can be paired to your device. Still having trouble pairing? Try turning your device off and back on again. That usually does the trick!

FAQs about Shokz Headphones Troubleshooting

Are Shokz bone conduction headphones safe for hearing?

Yes. They bypass the eardrum to reduce irritation and canal damage. Keep volume at moderate levels to protect your inner ear.

How do I claim the warranty?

Register your serial number on the official Shokz website and upload your receipt. Most models include a 2-year warranty.

Do Shokz bone conduction headphones sound good?

Yes. They provide crisp vocals and clear mids. While bass is lighter than in-ear buds, the audio is balanced and optimized for outdoor use.

What makes Shokz headphones unique?

Situational awareness. The open-ear design lets you hear your music and your surroundings simultaneously, making them safer for outdoor activities.

How do I wear them?

Wrap the band behind your head and hook the loops over your ears. The transducers must rest on your cheekbones in front of your ears, not inside them.
