How do I charge my headphones?
You can charge your headphones with the provided magnetic charging cable. Please ensure the wall adapter(not included) does not exceed 1 amp or 5 volts. We do not recommend "fast chargers" such as Android or tablet chargers. The LED on the headphones will turn from red to blue when charging is complete. You can also check battery status by powering on your headphones and clicking volume+ or volume-. Audrey will say “Battery High,” “Battery Medium,” “Battery Low” or “Charge Me.” Please allow ample time to air-dry your headphones prior to charging if they’ve collected moisture from rain or sweat. If moisture is present on the charging port, the LED will flash blue/red while the headphones beep. If this occurs, remove the headphones and dry with a soft cloth or towel before charging to prevent damage to the headphones.
What can I use to charge my headphones?
OpenRun includes one magnetic charging cable. Wall charger is not included. If you've lost your charging cable, or would like an extra cable, they can be purchased here.
How long does it take to charge my headphones?
OpenRun also features a 10-minute Quick Charge for up to 1.5 hours of battery life. Charging from 0 to 100 percent will take 1-1.5 hours. They arrive out of the box at approximately 50 percent charged.
