Hellen is one of the best female long distance runners in history.She has been competing at the top level for over ten years with great success at T&F, Cross Country and Road Running.She is the only woman ever to win World Championships titles Indoors, Outdoors and Cross Country. The Kenyan star currently lives and trains in Boulder, Colorado as part of the ON Athletics Club. She is married to husband Tom and has a daughter called Tania.
