Wang Jiachao, born in a small village in Yunnan, was found by the Yunnan Provincial Disabled Swimming Team and became a swimmer at the age of 10.
Wang Jiachao, born in a small village in Yunnan, was found by the Yunnan Provincial Disabled Swimming Team and became a swimmer at the age of 10. He lost his left arm due to an accident when he was 5 years old. In his swimming career, he represented the Chinese team in 3 Paralympic Games in Athens, Beijing and London, winning 1 gold medal, 4 silver and 1 bronze. After retiring in 2015, Wang converted to professional triathlon and won the 4th place in PTS4 at the 2021 Tokyo Paralympics. In 2021, he joined the elite Shokz squad, and his extreme and strong sportsmanship fully aligns with the value of Shokz sports headphones.
