A: When you make a purchase, your points enter a 90-day pending period starting from the day you place your order. This window matches our extended member return policy. Once the 90 days pass, your points will automatically clear and count toward your tier progress!

A: Your tier status is valid for a rolling 24-month period. After 24 months, any historical points earned beyond that timeframe will expire. At that time, we will re-evaluate your tier based on your remaining active points.

When the Referred Party joins ShokzSquad through your link and completes a qualifying purchase on the official Shokz website using their ShokzSquad account, you may earn referral rewards after the order is fulfilled and the applicable pending period has ended.

A: The Referred Party must join ShokzSquad through your referral link and complete their first order on the official Shokz website using their ShokzSquad account. The first order must have a final net payment amount of at least US$50 after all discounts, coupons, vouchers, points, credits, refunds, returns, exchanges, and other adjustments. The order must also be fulfilled and remain valid after the 90-day pending period.

If the Referred Party’s first order has a final net payment amount below US$50, the referral will not qualify, and later orders by the same Referred Party will not be reviewed for that referral. If the first order initially qualifies but later becomes invalid due to a return, exchange, refund, cancellation, or other adjustment during the pending period, Shokz may review the next eligible order by the same Referred Party.

A: For each valid referral, you’ll earn referral points equal to 50% of the points the Referred Party earns from their qualifying purchase. The Referred Party will still receive 100% of their own eligible points.

A: Referral rewards are confirmed only after the Referred Party’s qualifying order has been fulfilled and the 90-day pending period has ended. During this time, the referral may show as pending in your Member Hub. Pending rewards may change if the order is returned, exchanged, refunded, cancelled, adjusted, or otherwise becomes invalid.

A: Complete seven (7) confirmed valid referrals to unlock one Free Headphone Voucher. For the seventh valid referral, you will receive both the Free Headphone Voucher and the referral points earned for that referral.
