Does OpenFit Pro come in different sizes?

OpenFit Pro is ideal for gym workouts, office work, home relaxation, and outdoor activities, offering environmental noise reduction while keeping you aware of your surroundings.
How many microphone does OpenFit Pro equip with?
OpenFit Pro is equipped with three microphones, which are used for environmental noise reduction and also for call noise and wind noise cancellation.

How does OpenFit Pro achieve noise reduction?
OpenFit Pro reduces noise by first understanding what you actually hear. Its triple-microphone system precisely captures ambient noise as it reaches your ears.
This data is processed by Shokz’s Ear Adaptive Algorithm, which analyzes your ear shape and fit to calculate the most effective noise-canceling response. Working together with our self-developed ultra-wideband speaker, OpenFit Pro generate precise inverse sound waves that reduce unwanted noise.
The system continuously adapts in real time, automatically adjusting noise reduction as your environment changes, so your music stays clear without needing to raise the volume. You can also manually adjust the noise reduction level in the Shokz App.
Is OpenFit Pro waterproof?
Yes, OpenFit Pro earbuds feature an IP55 water-resistance rating, protecting it from low-pressure water splashes and sweat while ensuring reliable performance, even during intense workouts or rainy conditions. However, the charging case is not rated waterproof.
If your OpenFit Pro is exposed to water, promptly wipe the earbuds and accessories dry, then allow them to air-dry in a cool, ventilated area. Do not use or charge your OpenFit Pro until it is completely dry.
Does OpenFit Pro support wireless charging?
Yes. OpenFit Pro supports both wired and wireless charging. A fully depleted charging case takes approximately 180 minutes to fully charge using wireless charging. Please remove the protective case and place the earbuds in the center of the wireless charging pad to ensure the best charging performance. Official wireless chargers are not sold separately, so we suggest purchasing a wireless Qi-certified charger in any third-party platforms and stores.
What does “Optimized for Dolby Atmos” mean?
Optimized for Dolby Atmos delivers richer, more immersive sound that easily outperforms traditional surround sound. With built-in Dolby Head Tracking, experience vivid, true-to-life audio that intelligently adjusts as your head moves. You can activate the feature in the Shokz App.
Does OpenFit Pro have a ‘Find My Earbuds’ feature?
Yes. You can locate your OpenFit Pro by using the Find My Earbuds feature in the Shokz App.
1. Ensure your earbuds are connected to your phone. Open the Shokz App and select “Find My Earbuds.”
2. Choose the earbud you want to locate from the list.
3. Select “Ping Left Earbud” or “Ping Right Earbud.” The selected earbud will emit a loud sound to help you locate it.
Please note that don’t use the ringing function while wearing the earbuds.
What are the main differences between OpenFit Pro and OpenFit 2 Series?
OpenFit Pro introduces new features and performance differences compared to OpenFit 2 series in the following aspects:
1. Sound Quality
OpenFit Pro delivers lower distortion and an optimized Dolby Audio experience. It also features head-tracking
technology, providing a more dynamic and vivid listening experience than OpenFit 2 series.
2. Noise Reduction
OpenFit Pro is Shokz first open-ear noise reduction product. Powered by a triple-microphone system and an ear-adaptive
algorithm, it helps reduce background noise and keep your audio clear in noisy environments.
3. Wearing Comfort
To achieve improved overall performance, OpenFit Pro features a performance-focused internal design, resulting in each
earbud being approximately 3 g heavier than those in OpenFit Pro series. Therefore, it may feel slightly heavier
compared to OpenFit 2 Series.
4. Battery Life
When noise reduction feature is enabled, OpenFit Pro can only provide up to 24 hours of total battery life with the
charging case, but with improved performance in sound quality and noise reduction. When noise reduction is disabled,
battery life between the two is similar.

In terms of pricing, OpenFit Pro is positioned as the flagship model in our open earbuds and is priced higher than
OpenFit 2 series.

How do I turn Noise Reduction on or off?
Noise Reduction is turned off on OpenFit Pro by default. You can switch it on or off in either of the following ways.
1. Via Physical Button: Press and hold the physical button for few seconds on the earbuds.
2. Via Shokz App: In the Shokz App, you can turn Noise Reduction on or off. You can also adjust the noise reduction level in the app to match your personal preference and listening environment.
How to wear OpenFit Pro?
To wear OpenFIt Pro correctly, please follow the next steps:
1. Take the earbuds out of the case.
Hold the ear hooks and avoid hair, clothing, or hands covering or rubbing the earbuds. Obstructions can cause interference and reduce the noise reduction effectiveness.
2. Position them above your ears. Please ensure the Shokz logo is facing outward.
3. Gently rotate the earbuds backward, allowing the hook to curl around your ears.
4. If the earbuds feel loose, the included support accessories can be used to improve fit if necessary.
How to pair my OpenFit Pro?
First-time use
Open the charging case to automatically enter Bluetooth
pairing mode. The indicator light will flash orange and green.
For future pairings
1. Place both earbuds in the charging case.
2. Press and hold the button inside the charging case for 3
seconds. The indicator light will flash orange and green,
indicating that the earbuds are in pairing mode.
3. Enable Bluetooth on your device and select “OpenFit Pro by
Shokz.” Once paired, your device will confirm the connection.
How to connect to multiple devices?
Make sure the Shokz App and your earbuds firmware are updated to the latest version. Turn on Bluetooth on both devices.
1. Connect your earbuds to your phone and select “MultiPoint
Pairing” in the Shokz App.
2. In the pop-up window, confirm to enable MultiPoint Pairing.
3. Tap “Connect to the Second Device” and follow the
instructions to pair it.
4. Once connected, you can manage both devices’ Bluetooth
connections in the Shokz App.
Can I use OpenFit Pro with a single earbud?
Yes, you can use OpenFit Pro with a single earbud. You can listen to music or take calls with one earbud. However, some Shokz App features, such as noise reduction and smart wear detection, may be limited when using only one earbud.
Do I need to download an App to use OpenFit Pro?
While OpenFit Pro works seamlessly without an app, downloading the Shokz App is recommended for an enhanced experience. The App allows you to enable the noise reduction feature, adjust noise reduction level, switch EQ modes, connect to two devices, customize button functions, locate your earbuds, and keep track of firmware updates.
What is Head Tracking feature and How do I enable it?
Head Tracking feature is used for enhancing Dolby Audio expereince. When Head Tracking is enabled in the Shokz App, the volume between the left and right ears may change as the head moves, which delivers a more dynamic listening experience. You can recalibrate the Head Tracking feature in the app to make sure the Head Tracking direction is accurate.
