The Shokz Star Passport Promotion (the "Promotion") is sponsored and administered by Shokz Technology Inc. (the "Sponsor").
This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Meta, or any other social media platform.
The Shokz Star Passport is open to eligible participants who are at least eighteen (18) years old or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is greater, at the time of participation.
Employees, officers, directors, representatives, agents, and contractors of Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, and promotion agencies, as well as their immediate family members and household members, are not eligible to participate.

Participants may collect up to four (4) Stars by completing the designated Shokz Star Passport challenges. Each Star may be earned by completing the applicable challenge, including:
Completion of each challenge may be subject to verification by Shokz or its authorized representatives.
No purchase is necessary to participate or win.
The Promotion and will take place in connection with the 2026 Bank of America Chicago Marathon race week from [September 23 to October 11 at 00:00 CT, 2026 at 23:59 CT.]
Participants may unlock promotional gifts based on the number of Stars collected:
All promotional gifts are available while supplies last. Limit one (1) gift per eligible participant at each applicable reward level. Gifts have no cash value and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash. Shokz reserves the right to substitute a promotional gift with an item of comparable value if necessary.
Eligible participants who successfully complete all four (4) Stars will receive one (1) entry into the Shokz 4-Star Challenge prize drawing for a chance to win one (1) Bank of America Chicago Marathon Co-Branded Edition OpenRun Pro 2 Gift Set. Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes, fees, and incidentals associated with the prize.
Eight (8) winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received. Limit one (1) prize drawing entry per person. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
Potential winners will be contacted using the information provided in connection with their entry and may be required to confirm eligibility and provide additional information reasonably necessary to award the prize. Winners will be notified via email and must respond within seven (7) days to claim the prize. Failure to respond within this period will result in automatic forfeiture of award eligibility.
Participation in the First Star challenge requires ShokzSquad membership registration. For additional terms regarding ShokzSquad membership, membership registration and account information, please refer to the ShokzSquad Membership T&C.
BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS PROMOTION, EACH PARTICIPANT AGREES TO RELEASE, INDEMNIFY, AND HOLD HARMLESS SPONSOR, ITS AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, ADVERTISING AND PROMOTION AGENCIES, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND REPRESENTATIVES (COLLECTIVELY, THE "RELEASED PARTIES") FROM ALL CLAIMS, DAMAGES, LOSSES, COSTS, AND EXPENSES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS' FEES) ARISING FROM PARTICIPATION IN THE PROMOTION, ACCEPTANCE OR USE OF THE PRIZE, OR PARTICIPATION IN ANY SHOKZ-HOSTED RACE-WEEK ACTIVITY.
EACH PARTICIPANT ACKNOWLEDGES THAT PARTICIPATION IN THE SHOKZ SHAKEOUT RUN AND OTHER IN-PERSON RACE-WEEK ACTIVITIES HOSTED BY SHOKZ INVOLVES INHERENT RISKS, INCLUDING INJURY, ILLNESS, DISABILITY, OR DEATH. EACH PARTICIPANT ASSUMES ALL SUCH RISKS AND AGREES THAT THE RELEASED PARTIES ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS, OR DAMAGE ARISING FROM SUCH ACTIVITIES. SPONSOR DOES NOT PROVIDE ANY INSURANCE OR MEDICAL COVERAGE FOR PARTICIPANTS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE RELEASED PARTIES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS PROMOTION OR THE PRIZE.
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE RELEASED PARTIES DISCLAIM LIABILITY FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE FROM USE OF THE PRODUCT OR GIFT, EXCEPT FOR PERSONAL INJURY, GROSS NEGLIGENCE, OR ANY LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, INCLUDING WITH RESPECT TO PRODUCT WARRANTIES, RETURN RIGHTS, AND CONSUMER RIGHTS.
Personal information collected in connection with the Promotion will be handled in accordance with the Shokz Privacy Policy and applicable United States federal and state privacy laws. Such Information collected will be used for campaign administration, gift fulfillment, and related business purposes. Any consent to receive Shokz marketing or promotional communications is optional and is not required to participate in the Promotion, enter the prize drawing, or win a prize.
Please note that opting out or unsubscribing from marketing communications will not prevent you from receiving non-marketing communications, such as messages regarding orders, products, or other important notices, including changes to our terms and policies.
Shokz reserves the right to verify eligibility and challenge completion and to disqualify any participant who provides false or misleading information, attempts to obtain multiple entries or rewards, or otherwise interferes with the fair operation of the Promotion.
Shokz reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Promotion, or modify the available activities, rewards, or participating locations, if circumstances beyond its reasonable control affect the operation of the Promotion.
Shokz shall not be liable for a winner's failure to receive notification due to the email being directed to spam, junk, or other filters, or for any incorrect or non-functional contact information provided by participants.
This Promotion and these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
